Punctual: arrive 5-10 minutes early and stay for savasana (let your instructor know if you need to leave early)
Bare: soles. Please leave your shoes in the cubbys in the front reception area.
Silence: ringers & voices
Mindful: of space. Clean mat and put away props after class.
Vulnerable: eliminate fear, shame & worry
Connected: to self & others.
Honor: your limits and don’t compare yourself to others.
Hydrate: bring your water bottle.
Avoid: perfumes, scented lotions & smoking. Others may be allergic or sensitive.
Communicate: your needs and any limitations to the instructor
